I am a NCPS Accredited member and have practised as a Counsellor for 30 years. 

Counselling offers the opportunity to talk in a confidential space to explore any difficulties you may be experiencing currently or issues related to the past. I usually invite people to attend an Initial Session where we can discuss what sort of help you are looking for and decide together if Counselling is the best option for you.
